Event Information
The ZDHC Europe Conference 2025 is designed to actively engage European stakeholders in driving sustainable chemical management, circular economy practices, and responsible textile production. Over the course of two days, the event will provide: ZDHC updates, sharing the latest developments and industry progress; speaker sessions, featuring experts selected through an application process; dedicated working meetings, fostering collaboration and in-depth discussions.
Exhibition spaces for universities and startups, showcasing research and innovation would also be present.
This conference is a key opportunity for industry leaders, researchers, and innovators to connect, exchange insights, and shape the future of sustainability in the sector.
Call for Contribution
We invite stakeholders across the textile, leather and footwear value chains, from industry experts to innovators, researchers, suppliers, brands, chemical formulators, Start-up, and academia, to submit proposals for presentations at the upcoming ZDHC Europe Conference 2025. The conference will feature a hybrid format, combining strategic dissemination with in-depth technical exchange. IMPACT AREAS
Applicants are invited to submit content aligned with one or more of the following areas:
- Water Stewardship
- Circularity & Resource Efficiency
- Biodiversity & Ecosystem Impact
- Carbon & Air Emissions Reduction
Special focus areas such as leather, digital tools, and EU regulation alignment are also welcome."
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
- Format: Abstract + OPTIONAL 10 minute presentation (with optional slides)
- Audience: diverse, including industry, civil society, policy and academia
- Language: English
- Deadline: 1 August 2025
- Notification of acceptance: 15 September

- Innovative practices in chemical management, supply chain transparency, or low-impact production
