Collaborating for Impact
The ZDHC Co-Creation Meetings 2026 bring together a global, cross-sector community to co-create practical solutions on key impact topics and accelerate implementation across the value chain.
👉 Register now to secure your place and stay informed.
What to expect
- Three-day in-person format
- One day = one topic, allowing flexible attendance
- Short plenaries, interactive co-creation sessions and clear next steps
- Agreed implementation roadmaps at the end of each day
Important note: This new format replaces the side meetings previously held during Convention Week, the days prior and after Impact Day. The Impact Day will no longer take place in its current format. Instead, outcomes from these meetings will feed into a new in-person summit planned for later this year. More information will follow soon.
Who should attend?
To make meaningful progress on these topics, we need participants who can actively contribute to the discussion and bring practical insight from their organisations.
We invite each ZDHC Signatory organisation (brands, suppliers, solution providers and chemical formulators) to nominate the colleagues best positioned to contribute most meaningfully to the topics being discussed. Depending on the agenda focus, this may include expertise in circularity, chemicals, water stewardship, reporting, or related areas.
Agenda Overview
This year’s Co-Creation Workshops focus on the areas where your input matters most. Together, we will shape the next phase of ZDHC tools, programmes, and impact delivery.
The workshops build on a series of online sessions held in the months leading up to June and serve as focused alignment moments to move key priorities forwards. Sessions will run sequentially, not in parallel.
Day 1: Driving Impact Through Implementation
We will align on sector roles in delivering the Roadmap to Zero and strengthening progress towards 2030.
Key topics include:
- From Strategy to System-Level Adoption
- Supplier to Zero V2 implementation and scalability
- The ZDHC New Digital Era
Outcome: Clear alignment on responsibilities, readiness, and next steps.
Day 2: Chemicals & Circularity
We will align on Chemicals to Zero - Aspirational (CtZ-A), the Impact Data Sheet, Circular (Fibre) Guidelines, and the future ZDHC Chemical Watchlist.
Focus: Accountability, regulatory preparedness, and enabling circular-ready feedstock.
Day 3: Water Stewardship & Efficiency
Discussions will centre on ClearStream, risk-based wastewater testing, harmonised water use benchmarks, and a unified ETP Assessment Protocol.
Goal: Practical, measurable actions that strengthen performance, reduce duplication, and enhance credibility.
Co-Creation Starts Now
True co-creation means setting priorities together. We encourage you to engage via your AG Leads and upcoming LEAG and AG meetings as we continue refining the agenda.
We invite brands, suppliers, solution providers and formulators to nominate colleagues with expertise in circularity, chemicals, water stewardship, reporting, or implementation to attend these sessions.
We are also seeking facilitators from within our community to help guide sessions and drive tangible outcomes.
Together, we will turn strategy into measurable impact.
